What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order for export collections. All export orders are quoted on an Ex Works basis i.e. you arrange for a haulier or international freight forwarder to collect your shipment from our Leicester distribution warehouse.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS/SWIFT) or international corporate card. All funds must show as cleared in our account before your consignment is released for collection.
Can I be invoiced VAT exempt?
Yes, we can invoice zero-rated VAT for exports provided we receive your verified local VAT number / CIF number and official proof of international export transport (stamped copy of CMR note, bill of lading, or air waybill).
Can I mix pallets or containers?
Yes, our warehouse team specializes in mixed pallet picking across our entire product catalog – from single consolidated pallets to multi-container contracts.
Can I consolidate with other suppliers?
Yes, we facilitate cross-docking and supplier consolidation at our Leicester depot with a nominal handling charge.
Are there any stocks that cannot be exported?
Aerosols & Hazardous Goods: These require a Dangerous Goods Note (DGN) and road freight hazard stickers. We supply DGN documentation and hazard labeling for a standard administration fee. Please check your destination country’s specific import regulations prior to ordering.
